Z4thoichi has already been making waves among the breaks community with his futuristic machine driven sound placing him firmly in the mix of the continuous wave of immense psychedelic influenced breaks coming out of Spain, and infecting the breakbeat world, and 'Overmaster' is yet another example. Wide sweeping atmospheric synths layered over a menacing bassline kept in time with ground shaking drums, this is indicative of what the future holds.... complete dancefloor destruction.

Charlie Kane picks up remix duties here and delivers a stripped back, sci-fi tipped weapon that sounds like a futuristic version of a kind of mythological tentacled sea creature that lurks in the deep, moaning out saw wave's at 80hz, feeding on the souls of sailors. Charlie Kane hits the mark again with undeniably clean production adding more evidence that he may have been sent here from the future to communicate with the present through bass.

Original – nice dark atmospherics and bottom end on the bass – love the production Wow – heard the 4/4 intro and was expecting a psy tune, then the break dropped – great way to bring it in. Drops fantastically – I am a fan of psy breaks – however I am finding that a lot of psy breaks tunes sound way too similar. This is not one of those 

tunes. Has the psy flavour to it without it sounding "hedfluxy" if you know what I mean . 

Im assuming the second half of this sample is the remix , it is NASTY – does sound like a classic psybreaks tune on the second drop – but not in the classic sense – it still has enough drop to give the track that extra oomph after the stellar original – great package overall. The psybreaks guys wil cream their panties over this.

To me this one of the best In Bloom Release so far !!! The Original from Z4toichi is very good ! This guy is coming up with very efficient works... Charlie Kane has made a very dope remix as well maybe my pick of the release ... Will support both tracks for sure !

 Empty Your Mind is a journey deep into melodic psy tipped breakbeat territory with all the energy required to make it through the labrynthian maze of synth sorcery. With the signature, fine tuned driving psy bass that has made Andy Faze infamous paired with Llupa's undeniable ability to bring a whole other level of depth and progression. DIMA PAVLENKO (RUNE RECORDINGS):

loving both the tracks, but must pick 'Inhale' by AP3X and Andy Faze. Great production from here - deep and wavy bassline, shaky rhythm-section and sexy vocal samples - proper tune for me.

I'm always biased towards liking Ap3x's tunes cause he's a good mate, but this is definitely one of his best and has his deeper sound to it that I think he's develping. Empty Your Mind is my favourite of the two though, with its bouncy bassline and well placed vocal stabs.

Home Alone, never one to disappoint, offers up another slice of bass heavy, acid drenched tech funk here that will scratch the warehouse raver itch in all of us. Hailing from Auckland NZ, Ap3x is well known in his local scene as a DJ that has an uncompromising style. Playing dark and heavy, underground breaks tunes. Over the years he has mellowed out just slightly and is playing more tech/psy oriented sets. This style is showing in his recent production work. His tunes have been rising to impressive heights in the charts, showing that this is one producer to keep a close eye on in the future. This tune has a dark, progressive edge to it. Tempered with subtle synth fills and atmospherics that give the tune a nice bit of space.

On the flip side, Bad Tango has taken the tune and run with it. Adding a bit of squelch and shuffle to the bassline and lacing the tune with more fx and synths to impressive effect. The remix really opens up after the second drop with a wild psychedelic arpeggiated synth line that lifts the tune to a higher level and will leave you with a tough decision on which version to play in your set. My suggestion is to play both.

The original is an acid drenched, percussion laced battle weapon ready for deployment. Earth moving drums perfectly compliment the relentless bass and the synth line is every acid fiend's dream. There's so much acid on this, it had to be transported to the mastering studio in a sealed lead case by two trained professionals in hazmat suits. 

On the remix MartOpetEr cracks open the protective casing and carefully mixes the original with 1 part Tech and 4 parts Psy. The result is a dark, rolling psychedelic journey with all the signature flare we've come to expect from this true rising star. nothing but the highest level future breaks.

leg of the tour de france, *Sick In Paris*. A twisted, techno influenced 

groove with endless energy and drum programming that would make Phil 

Collin's proud. A breakdown just happy enough to keep you from throwing 

in the towel holds out until the drop kicks it up a gear and reminds you 

this is NOT a team sport. *Home Alone* hits the mark again, this time

Yreane breaks-es things up here with a low slung groover of a remix. deep n' sexy. This is my fave mix of the release & probably the best thing I've heard from Yreane, has that old Sinister vibe to it, nom nom, I love that shit! Big ups In Bloom. :-)

Pure and simple this is a peak time weapon. Sci-Fi sounding synth's and a bassline nastier than a schoolyard bully perfectly complement the high level drum work driving this track along with all the intent of a pissed off space marine. Home Alone reports for remix duty here providing a brain bending workout. Taking influence from the darker original and adding his trademark bouncy, twisted acid tech tip and deadly accurate fills. Another slammin' track from F&S, this guys are really on fire at the moment. They blur the lines between stomp, groove and proggyness - great stuff. Home Alone mix hones in on the groove and turns it into a groovy builder that adds layer after layer - like filo pastry. Solid package man -0 the label is going form strength to strength !

Dino's Drop It original has that lovely Home Alone feel we've all come to know & love. Deep punchy acid. If you came up too fast listening to this you'd probably fall over!

I don't know anything about Too Dusty except his name, but here I've discovered he's added some extra beef to the drums & kept the acid.

The old psy-trance meets breaks formula is in full effect here & seems to work very well. I can see why this fella's not called Too Subtle as it's all going off, all the time.... & I like it! I've been pounded with acid mentalism into liking this. All together a tight release from In Bloom. Top work.

MDK keeps up his run of great remixes with this slower, but still massive re-work riding on the wave of a huge riff - how does he shoehorn all those sounds into one mix? - epic! Solid release man - great work!
